WhatsApp has brought a number of new features to the instant messaging platform over the past few weeks, but the features that fans have been waiting for are now available to beta users of the platform. We are talking about a larger WhatsApp group that can now accommodate 512 members instead of 256.
WhatsApp announced last month that changes will soon be applied to the app. According to a new report from WABetaInfo, Android and iOS WhatsApp beta users will be able to create larger WhatsApp groups. While raising the limit is good news for many WhatsApp users in offices, colleges, or other professions that may require groups of over 256 people, WhatsApp has 200,000 users per one. It’s far behind the rival Telegram, which can be packed with group.
The ability to create WhatsApp groups larger than is provided in WhatsApp Beta version 2.22.12.10 for Android and version 22.12.0.70 for iOS. Even if you’re not in the beta program, don’t worry, this feature may soon be rolled out to a stable version of WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is also expected to get a new “Undo” button for deleted messages. This allows users to recover deleted messages within seconds of deletion. This feature works like a small button that allows you to withdraw an email that was accidentally sent in Gmail for a limited time after you click Send.
